Turnaround Time

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS unless otherwise specified.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card. Payment is processed at the time of shipment.

Backorders

You will be notified of any backordered items or items that are on pre-order.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

Returns and exchanges must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. All products must be unused and in original packaging. Custom orders are not able to be returned or exchanged - they are final sale. Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
